Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />#94.03- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHERETkS, Lakeview Enterprises, Inc.; has properly applied for a variance from the <br />side yard setback~requirements in the B-3 Highway Business District and the impervious surface <br />area restrictions id the Critical River Overlay District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 3, Blclck 3, RIVERVIEW ESTATES, Anoka Count),, State of Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Pro~erty"); and <br /> <br /> WHERE~AS, the Board of Adjustment met on March 17, 1994, conducted the public <br />hearing and adored findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from side yard setback <br />requirements and[impervious surface area restrictions. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA,! as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on'Findings of Fact # , a variance to the side yard setback requirements and the <br /> imperviods surface area restr/cfion is hereby gTanted. <br /> <br />2. The self-service storage facilities shall be allowed for development on the Subject Property <br /> with a ze~_~> lot line configuration along the north property line. <br /> <br />3. The development of the Subject Property shall be allowed at an impervious surface area <br /> 1Lm./t not to exceed 90% of the tot area Impervious surfaces shall include all structures and <br /> surfaced ~tkiveways and parking areas. <br /> <br />4. The property owner shall manage all storm water runoff on and for the Subject Property. in <br /> accordanCe with the specifications and standards of the Department of Natural Resources, <br /> the EnvirOnmental Quality Board, the Men:opohtan Council and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />5. The prO~>erty owner shall obtain all necessary perm/ts prior to commencing any <br /> conslx'uctlon. <br /> <br />The prop~erty owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing th~s variance. · ... <br /> <br />The motion for ~e adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> an~upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
