OPTION TO PORCHASE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS THE PORTION OF PIN 35- 32-25-21.0001 ~FOR THE PROPOSED MCKINLEY STREET ALIGNMENT In consideration~ of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) paid to Leonard J. Spohn at 1808 - 103rd Ave. N. W~. Coon Rapids, MN 55433 ("Seller"), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Seller hereby gi~es and grants to THE CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation, under the laws of the Stat~ of Minnesota, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 ("Purchaser"), argl its assigns, the exclusive option to purchase the real property of Seller situated in the City of ~amsey, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and legally described as An easement for stre~et and utility purposes over, under and across the following described property. CommenCing at the northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 32, Range 25i Anoka County, Minnesota, and running thence west along the north boundary line of said northwest Quarter of Section 35 a distance of 51 rods; thence at right angles south an~ parallel with the east boundary tine of said Section 35 to the north line of the Northern ~acific Railroad Company right of way as located across said Northwest Quarter of Sectio0 35, thence in an easterly direction along said right of way to the south line of said Northwest Quarter of Section 35; thence east to the southeast comer of said Northwest Quarter o~[ Section 35; thence at fight angles north along the east boundary line of said Northwes~t Quarter of Section 35 to the place of beginning.
