The northerly and southerly lines of said easement are <br />to be prolonged or shortened to terminate on the west line of the east 10 rods of said <br />Northwest Quarter and the east line of said Outlot A. <br />Together with a 200.00 foot wide temporary easement for utility construction purposes. <br />Said easement lies 60.00 feet northerly and 140.00 feet southerly of the last said centerline. <br />Also together with a 140.00 foot wide temporary easement for utility construction <br />purposes. The centerline of said temporary easement is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the south line of said Northwest Quarter, 70.00 feet west of <br /> the west line of the east 10 rods of said Northwest Quarter; thence northerly parallel <br /> with said west line to the intersection with a line 390.00 feet northeasterly of as <br /> measured at a fight angle to and parallel with the northerly right of way of the <br /> Burlington Northern Railroad and said centerline there terminating; <br /> together with the buildings and all other improvements thereon, all easements, rights of <br />way, and appurtenances thereto, and all of Seller's fight, title, and interest in all public ways <br />adjoining the property. W. <br />Coon Rapids, MN 55433, at any time during the primary period from the date of this instrument <br />until 12:00 o'clock A.M., November 1, 1994; or during the extension period, if the option is <br />extended as herein provided, until 12:00 o'clock A.M., N/A , 1994.
