CITY OF RA.MSEY <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />CANVAS CRAFT <br />STEPHEN J. FRANTA <br /> <br />On March 24, 1992, Site Plan approval was ~anted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Stephen J. <br />Franta, d/b/a Carivas Craft, CPermittee") to construct a 3,472 square foot building ("Structure") on <br />the property at ~815 Riverdale Drive N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, BlOck 3, ALPACA ESTATES, Anoka Count', Minnesota; <br /> PIN: 2~-32-25-32--0009 <br /> ("Site") <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are i.,s follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Structure shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and <br />approved:~by the City's Building Official. Approval is given for a building to be <br />constructeJcl in accordance with Page A2 of 3 of the Site Plan dated August 21, 1990, <br />revised Fdbruary 5, 1992 and February 26, 1992, drawn by Graphic Design Architects. <br />All bmldm..g plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BiUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordanc4 with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAIN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />submitted ~y the Permittee, which site plan consists of three sheets dated August 21, 1990, <br />revised Feb~ruary 5, 1992, March 9, 1992, and March 24, 1992, drawn by Graphic Design <br />Architects. ~ <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee will construct and install the following <br />Site Impro{,ements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown <br />on the Site Plan. The Improvements are the following: <br /> <br /> a. Concrete curb consisting of B612 around the perimeter all bituminous surfacing. <br /> Cor~crete curb shall not be required around the perimeter of the loading bay area; <br /> b. Bitt~minous parking lot providing for a minimum of five (5) parking spaces, one of <br /> which shall be designated for handiacp use and one of which shall be sized so as to <br /> accd~'mmodate a vehicle with trailer attached; <br /> c. Bitffminous driveway; <br /> d. Class V installation; <br /> e. Site ~rading; <br /> f. Seeding; <br /> <br /> g. Landscaping; <br /> h. Fire lanes and entrances; <br /> <br />'the Improvements ~ <br /> <br />5.
