NESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, SECTION 9.03.04 SUBD. 2 ITEM <br />E. CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. - <br /> <br />The City Council ~f the City of Ramsey, Minnesota hereby ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. : AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This Ordinance iX adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Inserting the following and renumbering Subdivision 2 <br /> <br />Section 9.03.04 Subdivision 2 Item e. Conditional Use Procedure: <br /> <br />Any sponsor who proposes any construction or alteration that would exceed a height of 200 feet <br />above ground level, at the site, or any construction or alteration of greater height than an imaginary <br />surface extending upward and outward at a slope of 100 to l from the nearest point of the nearest <br />runway of a public [irport, shall notify the MnDOT Commissioner at least 30 days in advance. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. ~ EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This Ordinance b~omes effective upon its passage and thirty (30) days after its publication <br />according to City dharter Section 5.07. <br /> <br /> PASSED bY the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, this the day of <br />December, 1994. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Introduction Date: <br />Posting Dates:. <br />Adoption Date: <br />Publication Date: <br />Effective Date: <br /> <br /> <br />
