Alt 3 lots will be required to hook up to municipal water and sanitary, sewer services that are <br />currently available to the area. Sewer and water fees will be collected for each lot. <br /> <br />The Park Commission recommended a cash payment to satisfy, park dedication requirements. <br />They had also suggested a trail connection between 149th and Garnet. The trail connection is <br />impeded by wetlands and topography. Therefore, City Staff is recommending that a trail <br />connection be considered at the time 149th and Garnet are connected, which also involves MPCA <br />property. In accordance with City Code, a cash payment for trail fees will be required. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission approved the sketch plan on July 10, _00o. At that time, the plat <br />consisted of 4 lots.
