Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #03-10- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF DUCK RIDGE WHEREAS, T&G Land, Inc. ("fee title owner") and Michael LeBlanc ("Developer") have properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 1, 2, and 3, Outlots A and/3, Duck Ridge, Anoka CounW, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, on April 1, 2003, the City received application and sketch plan from Michael LeBlanc and T&G Land, Inc.; and rr r WHEREAS, on April 30, 2003, the Developer withdrew the application for sketch plan approval; and WHEREAS, in June, 2003, the Developer resubmitted a minor subdivision sketch plan for approval and paid the appropriate application and escrow fees on July 9, 2003; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on July 10, 2003, and approved the sketch plan dated April 24, 2003 for Duck Ridge and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on July 10, 2003, and determined that park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for the new buildable lots created; and WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on October 10, 2003. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Duck Ridge in accordance with relevant' City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a development agreement with the City,. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ · and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: -154-
