Staff anticipated bringing forward a recommendation <br />at the October 14th meeting. <br /> <br />Case #2: Gonsider Town Center Request for Alternate Security Arrangements <br /> <br />City Administr~or Norman explained that the development agreement between the City and <br />Ramsey Town Center, LLC (RTC) author/zed on September 16, 2003, spelled out security <br /> [ <br />arrangements fok the Developer. Various divisions of the development agreement require the <br />Developer to d~liver a letter of credit to the City to secure the Developer's performance of <br />various obhgatlOns.
