Motion by Coun~ilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to approve the <br /> amended terms 6f the TIY a~eement with Basalt Properties, LLC with the Minimum Market <br /> Value being $6~.7,900, the project generating $11,808 in annual tax capacity and the tax <br /> increment genera~ted being approximately $10,000 per year and as previously approved, subject <br /> to the C~ty Attorrley s review of the final T~ a~eement. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br /> Case #15: R~port from Public Works Committee <br /> <br />The Public Worl¢ Committee met on September 16, 2003 to discuss the following cases: <br /> ; <br /> <br />1) Conside~'iMaking Blue Velvet Lane a City Street <br />Consensus of tho~ Public Works Committee was to direct staff to contact the property owners of <br />Blue Velvet Lana regarding the possibility a.f changing Blue Velvet Lane to a City street. <br /> <br />2) Consider~Modifying Traffic Controls at.the Intersection of Riverdale Boulevard and <br /> Armstro/l, g Boulevard <br />The Public Wo~s Committee recommended to place a stop sign going westbound at the <br />intersection of R[~verdale Boulevard and Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br />Motion by Couflcilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Public Works Committee. <br /> <br />Motion carried, r:Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Zimmennan, Elvig, Cook, <br />Kurak, Pearson, ~tnd Strommen.
