PUBLIC ~EARING <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:39 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following 1~.~ blic hearing: <br /> <br /> Request for a conditional use permit to site a communications receiving pole on Lot <br /> 1, tllock 3, Autumn Heights Addition; case of County of Anoka. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting back to order at 7:51 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROV~kL OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTE ~ <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to approve <br />Planning a Ld Zoning Commission regular meeting minutes dated February 6, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion ca4'ied. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Deemer artlJJ. Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br />NOTE cj/rY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated <br />February 23, 1990. <br />Mr. Banw~trt provided the Commission with an update on the sale of City property and <br />Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit for a compost <br />site. ~ <br /> <br />COMMIJSION BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Acceptance Of Roy Shumway's Resignation From The Ramsey <br /> : Planning And Zoning Commission And Board Of Adjustment: <br /> <br />Motion by, Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to accept the <br />resignatim{ of Roy Shumway from the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of <br />Adj ustmer~t. <br /> <br />Further I~scuss~on: Mr. Banwart stated that interviews with applicants for the <br />CommissiOn vacancy will be tentative scheduled for the Commission's meeting in April. <br /> <br />Motion ca~ed.
