In addition, it <br />at park dedication was never collected for Lot 3, Brooks Superette, and should <br />d with this subdivision. <br /> <br />Motion b2~ Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to approve the <br />sketch pla~ for Hauser Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated February 27, 1990 <br />and to recCmmend that City Council approve the final plat of the minor subdivision. <br /> <br />Further D~scussion: Jon Albinson inquired as to the Commission's recommendation with <br />respect to,access.~c,g The Commission replied that accesses would be discussed during Case <br />#3 (Site plan approval for Hauser Properties' building). <br /> <br />Amendm~jnt by Conunissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to direct <br />City Stall, to initiate action to rezone B-1 Business property outside the MUSA boundary t° <br />Rural Buliness. <br /> <br />Amendm{nt carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, B~twden and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Motion c~n-ied. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden a~d Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Case #3~ Request For Site Plan Review Of Hauser Properties Building; <br /> Case Of Hauser Properties: <br /> ? <br />Jon Albir~on was present representing the property owner. <br />Mr. Banv~art stated that the proposed site plan consists of a 4,000 square foot masonry <br />building ~ constructed on Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition. <br />The Commission proceeded to review the site plan and the City Engineer's report dated <br />February ~7, 1990. <br /> <br />A length}, discussion ensued regarding proposed accesses to the development. The <br />applicant}is requesting to retain the two existing accesses onto Cry. Rd. #83 and creating <br />two new ~ccesses onto 146th. The City Engineer has recommended eliminating one of the <br />accesses to Cty. Rd. #83 and relocating the access onto 146th 150 feet from the centerline <br />of Cty.
