8)That the City shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes at any time, upon reasonable request. 9)That the terms of this Permit shall be binding upon its successors and assigns. 10)In the event the Permittee, or its successors, or assigns, violates the terms of this Permit, said violation shall be grounds for revocation pursuant to Section 9.03.05 Subd. 8 of the City Code. 11)In the event any part of this Permit is declared void or unenforceable by a court or competent jurisdiction, the other provisions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. 12)That all costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this Permit shall be the responsibility of the Permittee. 13)That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 14, 2010, and issuance of the city required Business Registration Certificate shall constitute initiation. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ramsey Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Dehen Councilmember Look Councilmember McGlone Councilmember Wise and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this th the 14 day of April, 2009. Lighthouse Learning Center, LLC hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed to comply with the terms of this permit.
