<br /> <br />8)That the City shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes <br />at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br /> <br />9)That the terms of this Permit shall be binding upon its successors and assigns. <br /> <br /> <br />10)In the event the Permittee, or its successors, or assigns, violates the terms of this Permit, said <br />violation shall be grounds for revocation pursuant to Section 9.03.05 Subd. 8 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br /> <br />11)In the event any part of this Permit is declared void or unenforceable by a court or competent <br />jurisdiction, the other provisions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />12)That all costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this Permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br /> <br />13)That this Permit shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by April 14, 2010, and <br />issuance of the city required Business Registration Certificate shall constitute initiation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Jeffrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Ramsey <br /> Councilmember Elvig <br /> Councilmember Jeffrey <br /> Councilmember Dehen <br /> Councilmember Look <br /> Councilmember McGlone <br /> Councilmember Wise <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 14 day of April, 2009. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Lighthouse Learning Center, LLC hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and <br />has reviewed the conditions of this permit and has agreed to comply with the terms of this permit. <br />RESOLUTION #09-04-078A <br />Page 2 of 4 <br /> <br />
