Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-02-057 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO AUTO & RV RANCH TO STORE AND DISPLAY MOTOR AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ON AN UNIMPROVED SURFACE FOR AN INTERIM PERIOD OF TIME, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0664; AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, Bob and Patricia McElhaney of Auto & RV Ranch, hereinafter referred to as “Permittees”, have properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit (“Permit”) to store and display motor and recreational vehicles on an unimproved surface for an interim period of time on the property generally known as 7665 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad, thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly along said northerly right of way line of said U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10 a distance of 300.00 feet; thence northerly to a point of said southerly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad distant 366.80 feet southeasterly from the point of beginning; thence northwesterly along said southerly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad to the point of beginning. And That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly along said northerly right of way line of said U.S. Trunk Highway no. 10 a distance of 300.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be herein described; thence continuing along the northerly right of way of said highway a distance of 185 feet; thence northerly to a point on siad southerly right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad distant 551.80 feet southeasterly from the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, as measured along said southerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence northwesterly along said southerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad a distance of 185 feet; thence southwesterly to the point of beginning.
