<br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad; thence southerly along said west line of said Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of U.S. <br />Highway No. 10; thence southeasterly along said northerly right of way line of said <br />U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10 a distance of 485.00 feet to the actual point of beginning <br />of the tract to be herein described; thence continuing along the northerly right of way <br />of said highway a distance of 140 feet; thence northerly to a point on said southerly <br />right of way line of said Burlington Northern Railroad distant 691.80 feet <br />southeasterly from the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />as measured along the southerly right of way of the Burlington Northern Railroad; <br />thence northwesterly along said southerly right of way line of said Burlington <br />Northern Railroad a distance of 140 feet; thence southwesterly to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> The Planning Commission met on February 5, 2004, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended that the City Council approve the request for an Interim Use Permit; <br />and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council met on February 24, 2004 to review the request for an <br />Interim Use Permit to allow for motor and recreational vehicle storage and display on the Subject <br />Property, in the absence of the required bituminous pavement and concrete curbing requirement <br />for an interim period of time. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Permittee shall be permitted to store and display motor and recreational vehicles on <br />the Subject Property on an existing Class 5 surface without the benefit of the required paved <br />and curbed customer, employee, and vehicle display areas until June 30, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />2)That the Permittee will be required to submit a grading and pavement plan prepared by a <br />certified engineer prior to any improvements being initiated on the Subject Property. The <br />grading and pavement plan will be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />3)That the Permittee shall complete pavement and curbing improvements identified on the site <br />drawing by June 30, 2004. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-02-057 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br />
