(g) (h) (i) (k) (1) (m) A new segment of nonexistent street, to be the westward extension of CR 116, beginning at Armstrong Blvd. NW and terminating at the deleted portion of current segment 104 010 (see 1 (b) above), a distance of 0.53 miles. A new segment of nonexistent Llama Street beginning at its intersection with 2(g) above and terminating at US Hwy 10 & 169, a distance of 0.20 miles. A new segment consisting of Llama Street NW, beginning at US Hwy 10 & 169 and terminating at Riverdale Drive NW, a distance of 0.09 miles. A new segment of nonexistent Llama Street NW, beginning at Riverdale Drive and terminating at nonexistent Bowers Drive (segment 109 030), a distance of 0.52 mile. A new westward extension of segment 102 consisting of 166th Avenue NW from Variolite Street NW to Alpaca Street NW, a distance of 0.26 miles. A new southward extension of segment 102 consisting of Alpaca Street NW from 166th Avenue NW (2(k) above) to 163ra Lane NW, a distance of 0.27 miles. A new westward extension o f segrnent 1 02 consisting o f 1 63rd Lane N W from Alpaca Street NW (2(b) above) to Armstrong Blvd NW (CSAH 83), a distance of 0.60 miles. (3) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to he Commission of Transportation for consideration and, that upon approval of the revisions of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a part of the MSAS of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Elvig and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Councilmember Cook Elvig Pearson Strommen Zimmerman and the following voted against the same: none and the following abstained: Councilmember Kurak and the following were absent: none RESOLUTION #03-04-100 Page 2 of 3
