Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or a closely related field. <br />E. Five years work experience in computer applications and local area network systems. <br />C. Ability to mmunicate effectively and tactfully in written and oral form. (English) <br />D. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail. <br />E. Ability to perform essential position functions under the working conditions as <br />described. <br />F. Valid unrestricted class D state driver's license with a good driving record. <br />DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: <br />A. Masters Degree in Management Information Systems or a closely related field. <br />B. Five years information technology experience in local government. <br />C.
