Some post - secondary education or three years of fire department experience. Three years <br />of fire command experience. Certification as a Hazardous Materials Technician. Some level of <br />Fire Code training. First Responder certification. 'food written and verbal communication <br />skills. Valid class D state driver's license with a good driving record. Some formal supervisory <br />experience and training.
