„ommission shall hold a public hearing on the preliminary plat and site plan. <br />The notice for public hearing shall be published in the official newspaper at least ten days, but not more than <br />30 days, prior to the public hearing, at which time the item will be heard. Notices will also be sent to property <br />owners within 350 feet of the subject property. <br />6.
