Floor plans and elevations. All floor plans and elevations shall be drawn to a legible scale <br />and shall include the following information: <br />(i) Floor plans indicating square footage and dimensions of all proposed rooms; and <br />(ii) Elevations of the proposed building, identifying exterior treatment, material, and paint <br />color. <br />5. Final plat. If a subdivision is required, the final plat shall be prepared in accordance with <br />this Code. With the final plans, the developer shall submit, for approval by the city, a development schedule <br />for construction of all structures, open space, and recreational facilities. <br />b.
