6) Discuss Potential Reconstruction of Garnet Street, North of 167 Avenue — Ratify <br />the recommendation of the Public Works Committee and approve a Garnet Street <br />roadway project of the same width as streets to the north including concrete curb <br />and gutter, full utilities, and a sidewalk on the east side. The funding would be a <br />50 /50 cost split with the residents for the roadway improvements only, and <br />subgrade corrections would be included with the utility work and paid for through <br />the appropriate City enterprise fund (to be reimbursed in the future if /when the <br />properties connect). <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers McGlone, Strommen, Backous, <br />Elvig, Tossey, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />5. APPROVE AGENDA <br />City Administrator Ulrich added Case 7:09, Appoint Alternate to the Joint Fire Board. <br />Motion by Councilmember McGlone, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to approve the agenda <br />as revised. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers McGlone, Elvig, Backous, <br />Strommen, Tossey, and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />Councilmember McGlone left the Chambers at 7:53 p.m. <br />6.
