PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, August <br />7, 1990 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Bradley Thorud <br />Mr. David Bawden <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to order <br />at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to approve the agenda <br />with the addition of Item C under Staff Input: Request for Special Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, LaDue <br />and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 7:35 p.m. in order to conduct the following <br />public hearings: <br /> <br />Continuance of public hearing regarding preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Pond <br />Addition; case of Good Value Homes, Inc., John Peterson. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Request for a conditional use permit to operate an auto repair business in the R-1 Rural <br />Residential District; case of Mr. Craig Johnson. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular meeting back to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission / August 7, 1990 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
