6.05: Public Hearing and Levy of Special Assessments for city Improvement Project #10- <br />07; Alpine Drive/Roanoke Street Improvements <br />City Attorney Goodrich advised the assessments cannot be appealed to a District Court unless <br />there is written notice of objection submitted to the Council prior to a public hearing. <br />Presentation <br />City Engineer Himmer reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to close the regular <br />portion of the City Council meeting at 8:40 p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Backous, McGlone, <br />Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />Public Hearing <br />Mayor Ramsey closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 8:40 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />The public hearing was closed at 8:41 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 8:41 p.m. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adopt Resolution # 11-10-194 <br />levying assessments for Improvement Projects # 10-07; Alpine Drive/Roanoke Street <br />Improvements. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Backous, Elvig, McGlone, <br />Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. <br />7.
