receives them. Mr. Karst stated that none of the buses he uses for feed stock have engines in <br />them. For a short period of time, he was allowing Trade-A-Bus to store buses on his property and <br />those buses did have engines in them. He is currently working to eliminate all the equipment of <br />Trade-A-Bus from his property and there are currently three buses left that are owned by Trade-A- <br />Bus. <br /> <br />Mr. Karst explained that it is not his goal to maintain bus storage on the additional lots he has <br />acquired. He is proposing to develop a site plan which will include construction of a 16,000 <br />square foot building to address the problems on his additionally acquired lots. <br /> <br />Bob Brown noted that after Mr. Karst installed his baghouse there was a fire. <br /> <br />Mr. Karst confirmed that because of some installation errors there was a fire in the baghouse <br />shortly after it was installed, but he spent $12,000.00 repairing that equipment so that it would be <br />operable. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, Deemer, LaDue, <br />Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None.
