Master Declarant and/or an affiliate of the Master Declarant may be employed as the manager of the Master Association and/or the Development Area pursuant to a separate agreement, the terms of which may extend beyond the expiration or surrender of the Master Declarant Control Period. 3.10 Master Rules. The Master Board shall have exclusive authority to approve and such reasonable Master Riles as it deems necessary from time totime for the implement pu • ose of exercising and implementing its powers; provided that the Master Rules shall not be inconsistent with the Master Governing Documents, Neighborhood Governing Documents, or M CI .
