Section 2. Vice President. <br />The Vice President shall exercise and perform the duties of the President, in the <br />President's absence and /or inability to serve. The Vice President shall also have such powers <br />and shall perform such duties as may be assigned to him /her by the President or the Board of <br />Directors. <br />Section 3. Secretary. <br />The Secretary shall attend all meetings of the members, Board of Directors and Executive <br />Committee. The Secretary shall keep proper minutes of such meetings, give all required notices, <br />keep membership records, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Board <br />of Directors. <br />Section 4. Treasurer. <br />The Treasurer shall have charge and custody of all funds of the Corporation. The <br />Treasurer shall keep an accurate account of all receipts and disbursements, deposit all monies in <br />the name of the Corporation in such banks or depositories as the Board of Directors shall <br />designate, disburse funds of the Corporation as directed by the Board of Directors and perform <br />such other duties as may be assigned by them. <br />ARTICLE VII - COMMITTEES <br />Section 1. Executive Committee. <br />The Executive Committee shall be appointed by the Board of Directors and shall consist <br />of the Officers set forth above and three (3) additional members elected annually.
