Planning and Zoning regular meeting minutes dated September 4, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice-Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners LaDue, Bawden, <br />Deemer, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />City Council public hearing minutes regarding proposed use of CDBG revolving <br />loan funds for park improvements to River's Bend Park dated August 28, 1990. <br /> <br />City Council public hearing minutes regarding Improvement Project g90-24 (Bison <br />Street N.W.) dated August 28, 1990. <br /> <br />3. City Council regular meeting minutes dated August 28, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to recommend to City <br />Council that Improvement Project #90-24 (Bison Street N.W.) proceed to be improved as a <br />through street as previously recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice-Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners LaDue, Bawden, <br />Deemer and Thorud. Voting No: Commissioner Terry. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case # 1: Req,est for Sketch Plan Review of Jenson Addition Minor <br /> Subdivision: Case of Bradley Jenson. <br /> <br />Mr. Bradley Jenson was present requesting sketch plan review for a minor subdivision (Jenson <br />Addition) which consists of a resubdivision of Lot 5, Block 4 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 5 in <br />Riverside West. The subject property is zoned R1 Urban Residential and also lies within the <br />critical river corridor. The request to resubdivide the lots results from the availability of sewer and <br />water in Riverside West. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik noted that the plat will be reviewed by the Park and Recreation Commission on <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/NOVEMBER 7, 1990 <br /> Page 4 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
