Commissioner Hendriksen stated that this Commission does not have the <br />ability to change//9 of the proposed Findings of Fact, as it reflects a quote from the applicant's <br />application; therefore, it is a tree statement. <br /> <br />Mr. Rychner stated that he is agreeable to the proposed amendment to Item #9 of the proposed <br />Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
