Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer and LaDue. Voting <br />No: Commissioners Thomd and Hendriksen. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend Item #42 of <br />the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will not be dangerous or <br />detrimental to persons in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue and <br />Hendriksen. Voting No: Commissioner Thorud. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thorud and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to amend Item #43 <br />of the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will not be harmonious with the <br />comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Commissioners Hendriksen and Thorud. Voting No: Chairman <br />Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer and LaDue. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend Item #43 of <br />the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will be harmonious with the <br />comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thorud and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to amend Item #45 <br />of the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will be hazardous to existing and <br />future uses in the vicinity. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Commissioners Thorud and Hendriksen. Voting No: Chairman <br />Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer and LaDue. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Chairman Zimmerman to amend Item #45 of <br />the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or <br />future neighboring uses and eliminate the phrase "or disturbing". <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Deemer and LaDue. Voting <br />No: Commissioners Thomd and Hendriksen. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Bawden. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to add an Item to <br />the proposed Findings of Fact to indicate that the proposed use will be disturbing to existing and <br />future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
