MOTION by LaDue, Seconded by Deemer, Item 4 of the Variance that <br />the use of the building be for personal or private use and not for <br />any bus]ness or commercial uses. Motion carried unanimously <br />(Absent: Bawden, Terry). <br /> <br />MOTION by Deemer, Seconded by Thorud, to grant the variance as <br />amended on Page 10. Motion carried unanimously (Absent: Bawden, <br />Terry). <br /> <br />BOARD INPUT <br /> <br />MOTION by Hendriksen, Seconded bY Deemer, that it had been the <br />practice In the past that the Chairmen of the Committees be <br />provided a key to the City Hall so they can get into the building, <br />and he would like to see that practice continue. DISCUSSION: <br />Chairman Hendrlksen noted that several people had to wait outside <br />for a period of time before tonlght~s meeting because no one had a <br />key to open City Hall.
