Police Chief Michael Auspos stated that he does not feel that all snowmobile activity <br />should be banned from the City just because 2 people have complained. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Prall and seconded by Commissioner Lokker to direct City Staff <br />to either amend the snowmobile ordinance or to draft an ordinance to regulate ATV <br />activities similar to that of snowmobiles. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Rustad, Lokker, Johnson, <br />Prall and Roselle. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br /> Case #3 Haubridh Addition, Trail Consideration <br /> <br />Merland Otto recalled that at the August 10, 1989 meeting it was determined that park <br />dedication requirements for Haubrich Addition would consist of land dedication and the <br />construction of a 20° trailway. <br /> <br />Merland Otto informed the Commission that Mr. Haubrich has now said that he would <br />rather pay the cash and have the City build the trailway. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Roselle and seconded by Commissioner Prall that the Park and <br />Recreation Commission does not amend the previous motion, dated August 10, 1989, <br />which recommended that the City accept a constructed trailway as partial park dedication <br />for Haubrich Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Rustad, Lokker, Johnson, <br />Prall and Roselle. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />.ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Hetland and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to adjourn the <br />meeting at 8:47 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Hetland, Commissioners Rustad, Lokker, Johnson, <br />Prall and Roselle. Voting No: None.
