A Member City may withdraw from membership in the Corporation at the end of a <br />calendar year by providing written notice to the Corporation by June 30 of that calendar year. A <br />Member City cannot be a member of the Corporation if it no longer has a Lodging Tax <br />Resolution for collection of Lodging Tax under Chapter 469.190 of the Minnesota Statutes or <br />whose funds from such taxes are not submitted to the Corporation in the manner prescribed in <br />these By -Laws. <br />By: Al Stauffacher <br />President <br />Date <br />16 <br />
