Absent: Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Case #9: Request For Site Plan Review; Case Of Mr. Clayton Berg: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that Mr. Berg is proposing to construct a 29'x70' two-story office <br />building that would abut the Tender Touch Car Wash. The building would be located on a <br />portion of Lot 3, Block 1 of River's Bend Plaza Addition and Lot 1, Block 1 of River's <br />Bend Plaza 3rd Addition. The proposal is to use zero lot line setbacks which is applicable <br />in P.U.D.'s. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to table action <br />on Mr. Berg's request for site plan approval until all items contained in the City Engineer's <br />report dated January 31, 1989 are complied with. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Howell. <br /> <br />Case gl0: Request For Site Plan Review; Case Of Mr. Jon R. Hanson: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that Mr. Hanson is proposing to construct an indoor archery and bait <br />store on Lot 2, Block 1, Riverside West Addition. The structure is proposed to be <br />60'x120' and constructed of architectural "A" panels and cedar lap siding and battens. Mr. <br />Hanson has complied with all items listed in the City Engineer's report dated January 31, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman expressed concern with Mr. Hanson's site plan complying with the <br />City Code requirement for a minimum of 50% of exterior wall space to be other than metal <br />material. <br /> <br />The Commission requested that Mr. Hanson provide a photograph that will indicate how <br />his proposed building will look when completed. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairman Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to table action on <br />Mr. Hanson's request for site plan review until the regular meeting in March. In the <br />interim, the City Engineer should perform calculations to determine whether or not exterior <br />wall materials meet City Code requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
