Mr. Brown responded to the items contained in the City Engineer's report. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that the impact of what Mr. Brown is proposing cannot be accurately <br />evaluated unless Mr. Brown hires a surveyor to do an existing topography. Mr. Brown <br />should also consider combining the existing lot and outlot. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Terry to schedule a <br />special Planning and Zoning Commission meeting for 7:30 p.m. on May 16 to further <br />address Mr. Brown's site plan and the balance of items on the May 2 agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Hendriksen <br />and Terry. Voting No: None.
