Waste
Management has agreed to install a sign which summarizes the ordinance and the penalties
imposed for violation. Because no wood waste will be allowed to be landfilled after July 1,
1990, the Council will consider allowing stumps to be buried on site. Mr. Banwart pointed out
that wood waste can be incorporated into berms on larger lots.

Commissioner Hendriksen questioned the status of the Wojcik Conditional Use Permit. Mr.
Banwart explained that they have not submitted any further information or drawings.
Commissioner Hendriksen stated that there are several violations to the current permit and
asked that it be placed on the agenda for discussion and recommendation to the City Council
to take action requiring compliance to the existing permit before another is considered.
Discussion.

Planning & Zoning Commission/May 16, 1989
Page 3 of 8
