Commissioner LaDue stated that the Commission must make recommendations to City <br />Council based on what is submitted and whether or not it meets ordinances; it is up to <br />concerned area residents to convince the developer to revise proposals. <br /> <br />Dorothy Stadfelt - Noted that there is are restrictive convenants governing Rum Acres and <br />the same should be for Juniper Woods. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the people can request Mr. Knutson to develop restrictive <br />convenants for Juniper Woods. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Deemer and Shumway. Voting No: None.
