Absent: Commissioners Shumway, LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to amend <br />Item #27 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed expansion will <br />crease excessive additional requirements at public cost for facilities and services. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer noted that the existing conditional use permit is <br />being violated and it is costing the City in terms of staff time to enforce the conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Absent: Commissioners Shumway, LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to amend <br />Item #28 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed expansion will not <br />involve uses and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any persons, property <br />or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, <br />glare and odors. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, Deemer <br />and Bawden. Voting No: None.
