Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer stated that his property is affected by the <br />proposed rezoning and stated that during the City's recent rezoning and recodification, he <br />was in favor of rezoning the subject area to urban residential at that time; the subject <br />property is entitled to have sewer and water; R-3U would allow for 3 story buildings and <br />16 units per acre and B-1 Business would allow development like what is taking place on <br />St. Francis Blvd.; based on that, he is in favor of rezoning the property to R-1 Urban <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue, <br />Bawden, Terry and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Shumway. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjoum <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
