Commissioner Deemer noted that Autumn Heights was developed as the first P.U.D. in the <br />City. <br /> <br />A resident that was present noted that the public hearing notice indicated the plat would be <br />developed with 43 lots and now that plan has increased to 70-80 lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the original proposal was for a standard subdivision consisting of <br />43 lots; since that time and since the public hearing notification was mailed, the subdivider <br />has requested to be considered for a P.U.D. <br /> <br />Ken Gust - Stated that Armstrong Blvd. N.W., versus 167th, should be the main access to <br />Can' Addition. <br /> <br />Kathy Hellerstedt - 8630 167th Avenue N.W. - Stated that she just moved to the area 9 <br />weeks ago and chose her site because it is secluded and on a dead end street; suggested that <br />the first phase of the development be accessed via Armstrong Blvd. rather than 167th. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Terry <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None.
