It is necessary for the Planning and Zoning Commission to review and <br />approve an amendment to the development district, development plan and budget to reflect <br />the exact amounts, rather than estimated amounts, to be financed. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adopt <br />Resolution #89-11-001 recommending approval of Amendments to the Development Plan <br />for Development District #1. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden <br />and Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request For Sketch Plan Review Of Alder Glen Addition; Case <br />Of Hokanson Construction: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed plat of Alder Glen Addition is located west of Hwy. <br />#47 at about 164th and consists of 115 acres to be developed with 29 single family <br />residential lots.
