Absent: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden <br />and Shumway. <br /> <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br /> <br />City Council regular meeting minutes dated September 26, 1989. <br />City Council regular meeting minutes dated October 10, 1989. <br />City Council regular meeting minutes dated October 24, 1989. <br /> <br />NOTE PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following: <br /> <br />1) Park and Recreation Commission regular meeting minutes dated October 12, 1989. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case gl: Amendment To Development District gl Development Plan: <br /> <br />The City is in the process of preparing to sell bonds to finance Tax Increment participation <br />in sewer and water expansion to Front Street N.W., Ramsey Terrace Apartments site <br />improvements, Anoka-Ramsey Sport Center site improvements and park improvements to <br />River's Bend. It is necessary for the Planning and Zoning Commission to review and <br />approve an amendment to the development district, development plan and budget to reflect <br />the exact amounts, rather than estimated amounts, to be financed. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adopt <br />Resolution #89-11-001 recommending approval of Amendments to the Development Plan <br />for Development District #1. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairman Hendriksen, Commissioners Deemer, Terry <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Bawden <br />and Shumway. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request For Sketch Plan Review Of Alder Glen Addition; Case <br />Of Hokanson Construction: <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart stated that the proposed plat of Alder Glen Addition is located west of Hwy. <br />#47 at about 164th and consists of 115 acres to be developed with 29 single family <br />residential lots.
