PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, <br />November 21, 1989 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Charles LaDue <br />Terry Hendriksen <br />David Bawden <br />Roy Shumway <br />Ben Deemer <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />Michael Terry <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the special Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to <br />order at 7:36 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart noted that Cases #12 and #13 were accidentally omitted from the agenda; they <br />were supposed to have been carried over from the November 6 P&Z agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart requested that Case #12 ( Request for a conditional use permit; case of W.S. <br />Motors) be addressed early in the meeting because it is scheduled to go to City Council on <br />November 28, 1989. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart requested that the Commission schedule a couple of special meetings to <br />facilitate completing the November agenda as well as the December agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Shumway and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to schedule <br />special Planning and Zoning Commission meetings for Tuesday, November 28, 1989 at <br />7:30 p.m. and Thursday, December 7, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Hendriksen, <br />Bawden, Shumway and Deemer. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to approve <br />the agenda with the following adjustments: <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission/November 21, 1989 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
