Martin: <br /> <br />Mr. James Martin was present and reviewed his proposed preliminary plat for Tooth Acres <br />Addition, which has been modified to comply EQB and Metro Council requirements for <br />property within the Critical River Area. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend <br />that City Council approve the preliminary plat for Tooth Acres Addition, as modified, <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Engineer's report and a review by the Park and <br />Recreation Commission for park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Shumway, <br />Deemer and Terry. Voting No: None. Mr. Banwart <br />noted that the Park Commission has recommended requiring land and cash for park <br />dedication requirements. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend <br />that City Council approve the preliminary plat of Carr Addition contingent upon compliance <br />with the City Engineer's report and the right to another review by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission prior to final plat approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried: Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners LaDue, Shumwy, <br />Deemer and Terry.
