Mayor Ramsey called the public hearing to order at 7:04 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />City Clerk Thieling reviewed the staff report and answered questions of the Council relating to <br />the shift in population from Ward 1 to Ward 2. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Councilmember McGlone, seconded by Councilmember Tossey, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers McGlone, Tossey, Backous, <br />Elvig, and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Wise. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:07 p.m. <br />Council Business <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:07 p.m. <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember McGlone, to waive the City Charter <br />requirement to read the Ordinance aloud and adopt Ordinance #12 -04 Establishing Boundary <br />Lines for the City of Ramsey Ward System. <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br />Councilmember Backous aye <br />Councilmember Wise absent <br />Councilmember Elvig aye <br />Councilmember Tossey aye <br />Councilmember McGlone aye <br />Councilmember Strommen aye <br />Mayor Ramsey aye <br />Motion carried. <br />7.
