Property Development Clerk Page3 <br /> <br />SUPERVISION PROVIDED: <br /> <br />General discussion with City Staff to further define policies and procedures as well as <br />independent judgments are used as resources for decision making. In most circumstances <br />related to the implementation of day-to-day department functions, the Property Development <br />Clerk makes final decisions and recommendations with a wide latitude for independent judgment <br />and action, with input from the City Assessor and Building Official. On matters of broader scope <br />and/or variations from policy (formal or informal), the approval of the Community <br />Development Director is obtained. The Property Development Clerk is expected to accomplish <br />tasks of moderate complexity with limited supervision. <br /> <br /> <br />
