Verify Certificates of Real Estate Value and make the necessary adjustments for cash <br /> equivalency, if necessary. <br />2. Maintain CRV's in the appropriate categories in P.I.N. sequence; including vacant land, <br /> improved residential and commercial. <br />3. Maintain sales file for appraisal analysis. <br /> <br />F_ <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Maintain property files. <br />1. Maintain the existing property files in their P.I.N. sequence. <br /> Place property file in the proper place in the general property files upon final <br /> inspection of the new construction property and the completion of the assessment of <br /> that property. <br /> Record changes, divisions, combinations in the Assessment Tracking File, make the <br /> appropriate changes in the general property files and notify the affected departments of <br /> the changes via a memo to the Police, Fire and Finance Departments. <br /> <br />Respond to general inquiries. <br />1. Respond to phone calls regarding assessment inquires for P.I.N.'s, lot sizes, physical <br /> data, ownership and tax information for the Assessing Department. <br />2. Respond to calls regarding routine zoning information and building requirements to the <br /> general public. <br /> <br />G <br /> <br />Perform a wide range of tasks (within the ability and resources of the Property <br />Development Clerk) at the verbal or written direction of the City Assessor and Building <br />Official; some of which include: <br />1. Assist City Assessor in inspection of the 25% of properties in the City. <br />2. Type correspondence to the public and pface a copy in the appropriate files for the City <br /> Assessor and Building Official when necessary. <br />3, Maintain monthly building estimate for the Building Official. <br /> <br />POSITION RELATIONSHIPS: <br /> <br />Internal: <br />1. Frequent contact with the City Assessor and Building Official. <br />2. Frequent contact with other Community Development personnel. <br />3. Contact with other Departments regarding changes in properties, as necessary. <br />4. Occasional contact with other City personnel. <br /> <br />External: <br /> <br />1. Frequent contact with property owners. <br />2. Frequent contact with developers. <br />3. Frequent contact with realtors and mortgage, title and financial institutions. <br />4. Frequent contact with other agency personnel. <br />5. Occasional contract with City Council and Commissions. <br /> <br /> <br />
