Commission: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to reappoint <br />Mayor Gary Reimann to the Quad Cities Cable T.V. Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DcLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to reappoint <br />Richard Netzloff to the Quad Cities Cable T.V. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />a) Anoka Ramsey Community College 2+2 Pilot Program <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that he received a request from Anoka-Ramsey Community College <br />requesting support of the 2+2 Pilot Program. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Peterson directing City <br />Staff to draft a resolution supporting the 2+2 pilot program at Anoka Ramsey Community <br />College. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />b) Northern Mayors Association <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he will be attending a transportation briefing by the Northern <br />Mayors Association on January 16. <br /> <br />c) National Sports Center <br /> <br />Upon inquiry, Councilmembers DeLuca and Pearson and Mayor Reimann indicated they <br />will be attending the inauguration event at the National Sports Center in Blaine on January <br />18. <br /> <br />d) Snowmobile Activity <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson stated that he received a letter from Teresa Lynch regarding <br />snowmobile and ATV activity. Councilmember Pearson stated that he was of the <br />understanding that the City has no jurisdiction over snowmobile activity along State and <br />County roads but Teresa Lynch's letter seems to indicate otherwise. <br /> <br />City Council/January 9, 1990 <br /> Page 7 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
