Abstain: Councilmember DeLuca abstained from voting <br />on the approval of special City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission joint <br />meeting minutes dated December 12, 1989. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Haubrich Addition; Case <br /> Of John And Marilyn Haubrich: <br /> <br />Mark Banwart recalled that on October 24, 1989, City Council granted preliminary plat <br />approval to Haubrich Addition. Mark Banwart also noted that the issue of street lights is <br />being discussed by Staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission and based on those <br />discussions, the proposed development agreement for Haubrich Addition addresses street <br />lights accordingly. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution g90-01-20 granting final plat approval of Haubrich Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request For Final Plat Approval Of Trott Brook Ridge <br /> Addition; Case Of Dean D. Helgeson: <br /> <br />Mark Banwart recalled that on December 19, 1989, City Council granted preliminary plat <br />approval to Trott Brook Ridge Addition. Mark Banwart noted that the proposed <br />development agreement reflects the developer's willingness to participate in the cost of <br />improvements to Bison Street N.W. from the north boundary of the plat to 171st Avenue <br />N.W. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Resolution g90-01-21 granting final plat approval for Trott Brook Ridge Addition <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Engineer's report dated January 22, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
