Ramsey's
Ordinance requires that as a part of the City licensing for same, the State license be in tact.

Planning Assistant Frolik stated that a conditional use permit to sell motor vehicles was
issued in 1988 to 7205 Hwy. #10 N.W. That permit limits the number of vehicles for sale
on the property to 50. Since July of 1989, City Staff has been monitoring the property.
On the average, there have been 96 vehicles for sale on the property at any given time in
addition to inoperable vehicles and scattered vehicle debris. The subject site was inspected
on April 24, 1990, and there were 51 vehicles for sale, off-street customer parking was
provided for, and there were no inoperable vehicles or debris on the site. However, up
until this date, the site has been in constant violation of the conditional use permit.

Mr. Richard Brevig stated that he leased the property from Mr. Wojcik about two weeks
ago and has been working to get the site into compliance with the conditional use permit.
Mr. Brevig stated that he does have a State license to sell motor vehicles and is bonded.
Mr. Brevig also noted that it his understanding that the City is initiating some rezoning in
the next 12 weeks. That action would include rezoning 7205 Hwy. #10 to B-1 Business,
for which motor vehicle sales is a permitted use and the conditional use permit would no
longer be necessary.

A brief discussion ensued regarding the vacant lot west of Ramsey Auto Sales that is also
owned by Mr. Robert Wojcik and currently being used to store buildings on. Ms. Frolik
noted that she has been unable to convince Mr. Robert Wojcik to relocate these buildings to
permanent locations.

City Council proceeded to review the summary provided regarding conditional use permit
terms and status of compliance.

City Council/April 24, 1990
