TO THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY <br />OF TROTT BROOK RIDGE ADDITION: <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann stated that in his opinion, constructing Bison Street with two cul-de-sacs is <br />not a good planning practice but the residents are adamantly opposed to a through street. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to proceed <br />with processing proposed Improvement Project g90-13 in the alternate formate with a cul- <br />de-sac versus a through street. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember DeLuca referred to comments made during the public <br />hearing regarding low wetlands between the ends of the two cul-de-sacs and inquired if <br />there are plans to fill the property and build on it; if not, it has the potential to be an area <br />where people will drive across to get from one cul-de-sac to the other; consideration should <br />be given to barricading the end of the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />City Council/May 22, 1990 <br />Page 7 of 27 <br /> <br /> <br />
