Mr. Otto proceeded to review the proposed alignment for sewer, water and streets in <br />Chestnut Hills. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that the estimated cost for street, sewer and water in Chestnut Hills is <br />estimated at $716,000.00 for a per unit cost of $9,463.73; amortized over a five year <br />period at $2,433.00 per year per unit. This subdivision will serve 100 units. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto proceeded to review the proposed alignments for sewer, water and streets in <br />Windemere Woods. Mr. Otto stated that there are 51 units within the subdivision and the <br />total estimated cost of the project if $330,850.00. The per unit cost is estimated at <br />$8,786.00, amortized over a five year period for $2,260.00 per unit per year. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto noted that park land improvements would include grading and wetland mitigation, <br />the cost of which is not included in the project. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carded: Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson and <br />Peterson.
