Sharp <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart recalled that on May 22, 1990, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution <br />#90-05-155 Approving Industrial Development Bond Project on behalf of Ramsey <br />Investments, Calling for a Public Hearing on June 12, 1990 and Authorizing Submission <br />of Application for Bond Application. <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley noted that the bond application has been reviewed and approved by the City's <br />bond counsel. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution g90-06-172: Resolution Giving Preliminary Approval to a Proposed Industrial <br />Development Project and the Issuance by the City of Revenue Bonds therefore on behalf of <br />Ramsey Investments and ParaBody, Inc. under the Municipal Industrial Development Act <br />and Authorizing Submission of an Application to the Minnesota Department of Trade and <br />Economic Development for Approval thereof. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember DeLuca inquired if the issue of bond counsel has been <br />resolved with Mr. Dennis Sharp. Mr. Hartley replied that the City's bond counsel, Holmes <br />& Graven, will advise the City regarding this bond issue but Mr. Sharp's bond counsel, <br />Fac#re & Benson, will be listed on the bonds. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: None <br /> <br />Case #6: Application for Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; Case of <br /> CR Foods, Inc. <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that the application is for an off-sale liquor license for an <br />existing business, Discount 10 Liquor, for which ownership is being transferred to CR <br />Foods, Inc. Chief Auspos recommended approval of the application. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to approve the <br />issuance of an off-sale intoxicating liquor license to CR Foods, Inc. effective July 1, 1990. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
